- Charles Samuels Added January 02, 2020★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife & I went into your Mirrabooka, W A Store on January 02, 2020. We browsed the store a bit to see if there was anything that we liked.
A rack of apparel with a "50% off" sign at the top of the rack caught our eyes. My wife went through and examined what was on this rack and to her delight there was one that she liked.
she was delighted. Upon checking the price she was even more delighted. It was $10. We took it to the check out
where the Manager (she claimed to be so) served us. The receipt was made out for $7. We said to her
it should be $5 as 50% off $10 is $5, this is false advertising. This was her reply: "You can go and report it to Consumer's Affairs if you so wish to but they won't take any notice of your complaint.
This store is fairly new at Mirrabooka Square and with an attitude from a Manager like this one you can be sure that we will definitely be taking our custom elsewhere. Very disappointing customer rtelations.
Charles - Michelle spence Added May 20, 2019★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆My daughter and I went into your Secret Harbour WA store and there was very offensive music playing and I didn’t think that was appropriate especially since my daughter is 11. Seriously not impressed! I understand it’s a store for young and trendy girls but let’s promote respect and not encourage that talk of language.
