  Very helpful staff, they actually turn the vacuum on and let you try it before you purchase unlike many other retailers.
  
  They seem to know more about their products too, maybe due to them specialising in this category.

  Rude staff and poor service. Rang at opening time on a Sunday to find out if they stocked an accessory for my vaccum cleaner and the shop assistant was first extremely unhelpful and then hung up on me, saying he was too busy to talk on the phone as there were several customers waiting, and I should just come in to find the part I need. Came into the shop in person 10 minutes later (dragging my two small children) and noted two salespeople standing behind the register with no other customers in sight. Next I was sold a $60 filter with assurances that it would be compatible with my vaccum cleaner. Got home and it was incorrect. Rang the store first thing Monday morning only to be assured by a different salesperson that he could not understand how I ended up with the wrong part as he clearly told his colleague which one I would need. Now have to get back to the shop during the working week to try and swap the part over for the correct model. Overall a very poor experience.
